Stupid decision?

Go to solution Solved by Luke,

Yup you shouldn't have any issues.

so, i bought enermax revolution87+ 550w. used one for 50€ (55usd), but i'm not really sure it will be enough for sapphire r9 280x vapor-x (165usd, not used). i haven't bought it yet but that's what i want. but... will my psu be enough for the card? won't it explode? i've done some research before buying the psu, some topics on tom's hardware, they all said it IS enough. but i just want to be sure.

btw. i'm new here, watching linus for over a year now, but decided to join this forum today.

Welcome to the forum!

And i would think that 550w would be enough if you can get 600w.
