Hi I recently got handed down a surface 2 rt from a family member which stopped using is after the digitizer cracked pretty badly, and I wanted to find a replacement but I'm having a hard time doing so. I know its probably because not very many were sold, but I want to use it to take to class and take notes. The rest of it works perfectly (just screen cracked very badly and no touchscreen not working), I'm using it to write this post. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Honestly, I think you can't find a replacement screen because there's a huge risk when trying to replace the screen. I remember iFixit's breakdown and they rated it a 1 out of 10 in terms of how easy it is to repair.

It's impossibly hard to repair by yourself. They used a lot of adhesive on the surface line to make sure the components are where they are. One wrong slice or too much pressure you risk snapping cables that would do more damage to the tablet. Your best option would be to bring it to a Microsoft store if you can and see if they can repair it for you (for a fee of course)
