GPU YouTube Issues

Every so often, I notice a "bump" effect on my display. Also my YouTube video stream freezes at random times (sometimes it can be 3 minutes into a video, and others it can be 30 minutes into a video), but strangely, the audio stream continues playing. If the video reaches the end and stops playing, if I try to double click the video to exit full screen view, I get an error message saying that Chrome has crashed and my only choice is to close the program and start it again. I have already RMA'd a previous card because I was also getting artifacting in games, but I haven't noticed any on the new card I got so far as of yet. I also disabled Hardware Acceleration in Chrome last night, and I haven't had any crashes as of yet, but I haven't tested it extensively by spending nearly as much time on YouTube as I did with Hardware Acceleration enabled. I have also tried disabling the PepperFlash which is built in to Chrome, and this doesn't solve the issue either.

Strangely enough, after a few days of testing, this seems to have fixed the problem! Thank you! Now to hope that Microsoft release a hotfix for my MOV and MP3 files crashing Explorer and Media Player in 8.1..
