Upgrading My Freenas Server

Hi guys,

 

I'm looking for a cheap upgrade to my freenas server, Including atleast 8GB of ECC and atleast this CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116907Does anyone know of options with a mobo that include the previous mentioned things for near a 400$ budget, i saw a combo that had this and a mobo for 400 but ive lost it, Any ideas?

I wanted suggestions, not a list of server mobo's

 

Without knowing more than the socket type and need for ECC memory support its pretty hard to recommend a particular motherboard. Were I you I'd pick the motherboard in the list that has the needed features - ports, format, . If more than one, in order of personal preference would be Asus, Gigabyte, Supermicro.

 

Once the motherboard is selected consult its memory QVL for appropriate memory kits.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I want a mATX(or uatx) mobo that has support for ECC, has 4 ram slots, has atleast 2 sata 3GB/S and has a VGA port for my console, USB 3 has no point, Also would love onboard gigabit Ethernet. as far as preference, I love gigabyte, but money is too limited to be worried about it, also dont want refurbished.

With ram i want a 4x2 dual channel kit that is ECC unbuffered, Looks aren't important.

Processor, probally a e3-1226 v3 Xeon, As its a nice xeon for cheap.

Has everything except the memory is 8GBx1. Finding qualified 4GBx2 kits is problematic.
