Fixing micro usb teeth thing

My micro USB charger keeps falling out of my phone. I'm pretty sure the little teeth looking things are the issue. Anyway to fix these or am I S.O.L.?

Get a new charger ;)

Micro-USBs break left right and center

 

I got a new one already. Was just hoping I can fix this one.
