My first build

Hi guys im just new and i owuld like to hear your opinion about this parts for my first self build pc.

Specs:

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl with a window

Optical Drive: LG GH24NS70

PSU: SilverStone SST-ST75F-P 750watt

Memory: Kingston HyperX 4GBx2 DDR3-1600 red 

GPU: Gigabyte GV-N760OC-2GD

HDD: Seagate ST2000DM001 2TB

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i

CPU Fans: 2x SilverStone AP121

Motherboard: MSI Z97-GD65 Gaming

CPU: Intel Core I5-4670K

 

And the first upgrade would be an ASUS ROG Xonar Phoebus soundcard.

 

 

I hope you can help me if this are the right components.

I love the MSI mobo with the matching Gaming series GPU. Maybe add an SSD?

I would recommend that you swap out the H100i with an H220. It's a little bit more expensive (like $30), but it's worth it.

 

Have you ever considered looking into an SSD?

It really depends on you. You can get a 32 GB SSD for booting, or a 126 GB one for the OS, caching, and to install a few programs/games.

Definitely get an H220, it's awesome.

No problem, the main benefit to the H220 is that it is expandable if you want to get your feet wet with liquid cooling. As you can see I did with my 7970 and extra radiator.
