Issue with psu!

When I Try to boot my first pc build it makes a clicking sound and wont boot. Any other questions please ask so you can solve it.

Make sure that all of the power cables are plugged in, especially the 24-pin on the mobo.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

do you have another PSU to test?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
