Help! 1000 Canadian, gaming build for a friend

So my friend has $1000 Canadian to spend for a complete system. My friend already has a case (corsair 540) Cpu (i5 4670k) and a mobo (msi z87 gd-65) but he still needs a monitor, mouse, keyboard and the rest of the computer. Would definitely prefer to buy from Newegg, ncix, or memory express.
