ram issue please help

Hello guys i need help with my computer i have installed  16 gb of ram and it shows usable only 8 gb.

I checked in the bios and says usable only 8 gb and in cpuz i see 16 gb.

I checked ms config boot option and the case is unchecked 

I switch around the ran with no success

I cleared cmos and updated bios to the last version and cleared cmos again.

I am using a asus motherboard p7h55-m intel i5 760 2.80ghz ocz vertex 3 ssd and ram is hynix hmt351u6cfr8c-pb no aa pc3-12800u-11-11-b1

I had the same issue. Make sure to reseat your all your ram slots.

 

I ended up getting a new motherboard for my Core i7 3770

I cleaned all the ram slots with no success. Hope that that is not the issue
