USB TV Tuner?

The college i'm going to has access to cable for all rooms, but theres no room for a TV and my computer. I was wondering if anyone here on the LTT Forums had any experience with USB TV Tuners, if so could you recommend one? Thanks!

 

[Edit: I didn't think to mention I live the USA and need one that works with our cable providers.]

I'd get the Hauppauge one as they're a reliable brand. I don't think it matters too much as long as you don't go all cheapo (like 5 bucks)
