samsung 850 Pro 256GB Performance benchmark bug?

It's reading and writing to the RAM, not the SSD. Rapid uses the PC's RAM as a buffer.

So i was wondering if this performance benchmark from samsung Magician is having a bug.

I was benchmarking my ssd and this came out:

This can't be normal or is it real?
