Welcome to the forum. Are you sure you have a correct version of java installed? Possibly try reinstalling it.

This should be in PC gaming. But I would install Java if you don't have it already...(Don't know why you wouldn't) If you do, then try re-installing it, make sure to get the 64 bit version.

That's really very weird... To me at least, maybe try reinsatlling Java or updating it. There are also different java kits out there, maybe the one on your pc is a develepor kit which is causing problems, finally, because it's talking about virtual machine errors, some motherboards lock software virtualisation. I know several gigabyte boards do, on a newer motherboard you can find the virtualisation settings in the BIOS. It might be worth looking at

Have you looked to see whether your motherboard has virtualisation disabled

how do you do that?

It entirely depends on what motherboard you use. On my particular board the setting is in the advanced settings of the BIOS then under the BIOS features tab. The setting itself is called "Intel Virtualisation technology" or something like that and set it to enabled. I am not really sure if this will fix your problem, I've never heard of an error like that relating to minecraft, but this problem certainly happens a lot when creating virtual machines
