Help Remembering a Game?

I'm trying to remember a game I used to play when I was very young. I was playing it on Windows 95. From the little I remember, I was driving a tank around. I remember one of the maps (or the only map?) was sand, and I was driving up some bridge. The most distinct thing I remember from this game was the death screen, which was all black with white skull and crossbones. I know this isn't much to go off of, but anything would help. 

 

I'm pretty sure the graphics style looks similar to these three games.

You can give that a try, though it seems to be missing quite a few titles.

 

Other than that, the only tank game I played back then was Battle Tanks on the n64 in the early 2ks
