Roccat Tyon Software not working

Hello guys

I recently bought a Roccat tyon mouse , I love it and the reset buttons are working .

But, i ofcourse try to use the software and it doesn't cooperate with my mouse , i registered my mouse on the website and made an account
and then downloaded the software , but whatever i change doesn't save or apply to the mouse . it is like i am adjusting the setting of a mosu that doesn't excist , because my mouse doesn't react to anything i do on the software .


any help ?

In my knowledge you don't need to register account to use any of their products. Thats just for "extra" features. And for software, the drivers vary a bot per mouse so I can't help by just looking my own driver (Kova[+]). Could you post screenshot of driver software?

 

The rest of my advice are:

- reinstall software

- reconnect (remove all drivers, remove manually from device manager, unplug and replug)

- contact their support. Its very good and fast.

Hi Senne,

 

sometimes Windows Defender blocks the driver. Please check if this is the case and if so create an exception for the Tyon driver in Defender (or any other Anti-virus software you may have).
