I bought a new ASUS PC in November but it only utilized 1.4 GBs of RAM out of the 6 GBs it was supposed to have which ASUS fixed, but when it shipped back to me, it would constantly Shut Down at random.

When it does shut down, the pc gets really loud and hot, so I was going to open it up but that would void the 12 Month Warranty. Is there any other way to stop this, Pls help.

I'd send it back.

They need to service it for you, replace it for you or give you a refund, It's faulty.

You could open it and try and fix it yourself but it's a lot of effort and you might not be able to repair it.
