Football Games

Do any of you guys know any good (American) Football games that have actual gameplay for PC? I don't care if its not the NFL because I know EA(fist bump!) has all the rights. I was just hoping there was some other simulation game out there. 2K has basketball games on PC but unfortunately no football ones =(. I honestly only have a xbox because i want to play madden. (and i have madden 10 too, which is based on the '09 season!). Thanks
