fsb OC can be unstable since it alters the way the PCI-E, USB and SATA works since they are running off the system BUS

 

only OC using multiplier

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I'd just stick to the multiplier unless you're trying to get every single MHz you can get (e.g. if you want something weird like 4658MHz for that extra 58MHz).
