I dont mean to be rude....but it is literally 1000x more helpful to us if we know what you want to get out of your PC. What kind of games do you like to play?  Do you do any production work(Video Editing, etc)? Is there anything in particular you can't do now that you would like to?

A bit over budget, but at least you'll get more, especially with that GPU... ;)

You shouldn't get a LOCKED i5, when DX12 comes a FX 83xx will beat it any day. Maybe not a 4690k or it will stay close to it. You still want a beefy GPU, something over a 280 or a 280 since that 3+ VRAM helps ALOT. Saw a video 285 vs 280 in Unity, the 280 got ~10FPS more. As of now a locked i5 beats a 83xx but I'm just saying a 83xx will beat it when DirectX12 comes. And people will say a 83xx bottlenecks, it is shit etc. When DirectX12 comes your GPU will not be bottlenecked since DirectX12 is bringing multicore which spreads and balances the CPU cores instead of using 4 cores and putting twice the load on the first core than the others, all 8 cores on 83xx will be used, meaning more power. Alot of the load will be put on the GPU instead.

As of now the CPU bottlenecks the GPU and that is because it can not reach its full power, it can not use all 8 cores, at this moment.

Side note:

If you play alot of games like CS:GO, League of Legends etc, go with Intel all the way.

Edit: If you actually get this it's gonna look sick, all black and a window c: You might aswell get som LED fans for like $6. Here in Sweden they're like $11...A PSU and 8GB RAM average price is ~$100.
