Ok so I'm saving up for a pc and my budget is 1500$. I was going to use Linus' build guide but his is outdated. If Linus or someone else update it for me that would be amazing. I want to use the Storm Scout II for the case and I want to use the H100i from corsair. The rest you guys update :D

Just a hint, don't use the h100i. Use the Raijintek Triton instead. It has better cooling / silence (depending on what you prioritize....), has the same price, has a super awesome look that can match virtually any build color, and best of all, it can be re-used for a custom loop, should you ever desire to do so.

Anyway, tell us what you'll use this PC for, as well as if you need: OS / Peripherals / Monitor / Disk Reader. Oh, and which color would you like us to build.

The H100i is not really a good fit for the Scout 2. In fact the only coolers that Cooler Master lists as compatible with that case use a single 120 mm fan.

Ok so I know that the H100i isn't a great fit so I want to mount it externally it gives it a tint of custom ness if you know what I'm saying. This is my first PC.

As long as you know that a case mod may be necessary everything is good.

When you mean you can't put an SSD in there, is it because it's above my budget or is it incompatible?
