Good laptop @ £250?

Is there a decent laptop that can run adobe ps and after effects, and cs:go @ 50fps ?- and is it upgradable

If you don't mind used.

 

WITHOUT a doubt, the best cheap laptops you can buy are used/refurbished business laptops. Like Thinkpad's, Latitude's, Elitebooks.

 

You can get a 320GB HDD, 4GB of RAM and an Ivy bridge i5 with a 1600 x 900 screen on one of those for that price. I wouldn't buy any other cheap laptop ever again after discovering those.
