I'm just wondering, is GALAX good maker of GPU's ?

i saw GALAX GeForce GTX 970, it's the cheapest of all 970's

 

it's just, i never seen this brand before, thats why i'm asking

It's definiteley a solid card. There are quieter models but Galax gets the job done.

Never seen that company before, but that cooler looks pretty badass...

 

I'd say go for it, maybe look for reviews first though.

GALAX used to be Galaxy, just a named change. They make good products, yes.

GALAX used to be known as both galaxy and KFA2, so they've a well earned reliable reputation, they make some solid cards and are worth getting, especially their HoF graphics cards. There are better units out there, but they're worth getting if they're cheap or suit the build.
