Yea, it will. If pcpartspicker doesn't detect any incompatibilities, it won't show any. If it does, it'll let you know. Once your pick your first part, it'll automatically load a "compatibility filter", filtering out all of the items that aren't compatible with your system.

In all honesty, that build is terrible. Sure, it will work, but for just about the same money, you can get twice the performance. There are also MANY parts that are not adding up to the price, so I'll assume you can dump even more money than that.

 

So here's my suggestion. If you can spend even more, there are other things to look out, but this should be a great starting point.
