CPU Cooler less than 162mm?

I'm currently using the Stock Intel fan that came with my i5 4960 (non-k). I don't like it. The case I've got is a Coolermaster K280.

Price for the CPU Cooler £15-20 

 

The Hyper evo 212 is 160mm so it will have on 2mm of clearance in the case. :/

2mm of clearance is fine. 

I'd suggest spending a bit more for a much quieter cooler if possible: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk009

tbh 2mm is enough clearance which is why I think you should get the cryorig h5 one of the only cpu air coolers with 140mm fans that will fit in your case
