PC SHUTS OFF AFTER BOOT UP

ok its off but it definitely doesn't look like there is much

Then remove the old stuff, put on some new stuff.

GA-B85M-D3H

2x4gb Vengance ram

500gb had

Psu 750w antec 80 plus gold

CPU core i74770 (non k)

I turn on my pc and it will take a bit longer to boot up then the desktop icons will sometimes load and sometimes not, then my mouse cursor will freeze and the pc will shut hard shut off NOT REBOOT!

I just recently replaced the psu to try and fix the same problem

How quickly does said PC shut off?  I think this could be cooling.

 

Also, do you have a cheap IR Thermometer or even look into the BIOS for temps?

Within 3-5 minutes, how would I look into my bios for temps it's a gigabyte b 850 d3h

try delete and all the f keys 

and it also now think cooling

I would make sure your psu has enough watt's

i have antec 750 watt, and i only need 234watts according to one of linus's video links

Like, your cpu tepmeratures, is the heatsink properly attached to the CPU? Is there (enough) thermal compound?

ive never thought of that, how do i take off standard i7 4770 heatsink without ruining it?

Push on all four of the tabs on the heatsink, make sure they are all in securely.
