USB External Hard drives reinstalling

Hello, guys here is the rig: 

 

the Issue:

 

Every time I restart the PC it has to reinsall ALL the Hard drives internal and external except the OS one slowing down the boot.

 

how it begun:

 

Had to unmount the motherboard to install the CPU heatsink Cooler master hyper EVO, while in this proces I might have changed the order in which the hard drives were plugged into the mobo, but i cant remember the order they were in before.

 

is there a way to make the hard drives stay installed? or do I have to just figure out which hard drive was connected into which port?

I don't know how to fix this, but changing the sata slots of the hard drives, shouldn't be an issue, i did that when i put my apart to upgrade it, too, and i never had problems because of it
