Fan controller, if you want to connect a lot of them, that's the way to go.

Molex to fan adapters are an option, but the fan will run at 100% permanently then.

Fan splitter is best option for 1 or 2 extra fans, not much extra wiring or anything and you should be able to control the extra fans.
