I usually send my stuff back to the retailer I bought it from.

Otherwise I would say XFX.

i received it for Christmas and it suddenly stopped working and continuously crashes i know it the card because i tried i different card and works perfectly.

you might be out of luck then. I would try contacting either amazon or xfx to see if there is a solution.

Usually you should have at least a 2year warranty. 

As Ahaber already said, contact Amazon directly or XFX.

Depends on where you live. It is definitly possible, but usually that costs a lot of money.

Maybe you've to send the card even back to XFX and they'll repair it for you.

Go to XFX's website and go through their tech support. They actually have an excellent RMA system in place. They may or may not cover shipping costs for you to send the card to them but they will ship your new one free of charge. You're well within XFX's warranty coverage.

Once you're outside of the standard 30 days after purchase most retailers will send you directly to the manufacturer.
