This is all based on the pictures only, but it looks like the gaming has the ability for a 7.1 surround sound setup, while the non gaming is only good for 5.1 (I think). There are three audio connectors on the non gaming, and six on the gaming. The gaming board also has one more legacy PCI slot than the non gaming, so if that's your thing, then you might want that one. Other than that, it doesn't look like there is much difference at all, and you'd probably be fine with either one. The gaming *might* have more options in the BIOS for overclocking, but I doubt it will be anything significant, or helpful to anyone looking to overclock a little bit, just for more day to day speed.

As far as choosing between the two, assuming you don't have a 7.1 sound setup for your computer, I would recommend going with whichever one suits your build's color scheme, or the cheapest one, depending on what matters to you most.

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)
