CoD AW graphics low on ultra?

Hello, I just bought Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare and even though I am playing on Ultra (Extra) the Textures are stuck at low... :P Help... :)

Edit: Oh and also I cant seem to get 7.1 surround soumd on my G930... Help too, plz?

Are you talking about Multiplayer?

The G930 is extremely buggy. I have to restart my PC often to get surround sound to work.
