So i wanted to create an email account.

 

But to create an email account you need an email account.

 

To get an email account you need to create a new gmail account (per the link).

 

And when you click that you need to create a new email account.

I don't even..

I know this is rare but if someone doesn't have a mail address they cant create a new mail address.

Looks like the order of the fields is different on your screencap than on the link. Maybe you accidentaly got onto a page to sign up for some other google service that requires a gmail account... Dunno hope it works now.
