Would video work here?

Might be a bit of a nuby question but Im building a comp and I need to get it working as fast as possible. Would it work if I just bought everything except the gpu and only used the cpu? or do I gotta get an apu?

Because I can pretty much get everything except the gpu now. and It will be a couple months before I can get that gpu. SO i just want to get it working as fast as possible

Your CPU does not support oboard graphics. So you need a GPU. Or maybe you should go with an APU, dunno.
