Asus VS247H Ghosting issue

Im doing this for a friend of mine

 

So she is having issues with her new monitor doing Ghosting on CSGO and even on Windows. She has GTX 970 and she tells the image is cutting out for her. She did the Trace Free setting to 0 but still same issue. Any help from you guys?
