The 212 evo, I can barely even hear it on my A6 6400k overclocked to 5Ghz.

It is 300kr

So getting a new motherboard(https://www.komplett.se/asus-b85m-g-socket-1150/782480) with my i7 4770k. what cpu cooler should i get? i am thinking about mounting my pc on a wooden board so keep silence and a low price in mind.

the Cooler Master Hyper T4 looks like a good cheap option

The T4 isnt on Komplett, But the TX3 is, But getting the 212 evo is only 50kr more(About 7 bucks)

I was gonna say prepare for about 50,000 212 evo recommendations, but if your going for dead silence, a water-cooling loop would work better

Sounds like you need a Scythe Kotetsu! To think that one of the best silent coolers is that cheap! Good brand, and fantastic reviews!
