Looking for a specific cpu cooler

Hi!

Since I'm running a non-overclockable cpu and I don't like the looks from my stock intel cpu cooler I want to buy a new one. I'm quite picky and because my goal aren't the temperatures (running at stock speed) but visuals it will be even tougher to find a cpu cooler that I like.

So I'm looking for a cooler that has 1 fan (size doesn't matter) in black, white, gray, transparent or similar, a black or gray heatsink (not a too big one, it doesn't have to be an ultra-slim one just not like a hyper 212 evo size) and the most important part- the fan must be mounted ON TOP of the heatsink, not on the side.

This isn't the perfect one I'm looking for but its very close.

Please post some links to a cooler you found, budget is unlimited

And how do you think the temp will change going from the stock intel cooler to this kind of a cooler?

Noctua perhaps? You can mount the fan on top, or bellow it on that one.

I dont know slim coolers all that well.

Cryorig? looks pretty badass.

It depends on the cooler, but yes, given some airflow i do think that it would improve your temps
