I'd go for either pantyhose or organza.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

You don't have to buy the wedding dress :)

A small roll of organza really doesn't cost all that much. It's just nylon after all.

Now the biggest hurdle is to actually go buy those female stockings.

 

 

I personally just use something like this, it's not perfect, but it works and is easy to clean up. Then again, my PC is inside my desk, so if you prefer something more "good looking" because you can actually see it, there are those magnetic fan filters that NCIX sells.

Making a pantyhose dust filter look good isn't that hard. Make a structure you can stretch it over and you're done. The black part on the front of my case (build log with pics in sig) is actually a pantyhose dust filter. Looks reasonably non-ghetto imo.
