lose connection

I lose connection on my PC every 2 or 3 hours
but I lose it in a weird way I happens mostly in online games
for example CS:GO every one just freeze but i can still write in chat and talk to every one with my mic
League has the same problem
CoD: AW Is the same

Any ideas? maybe its my system I know when a connection is lost I just get kicked

ping is Low when that happens

Sounds like an internet problem and if you're using a wired connection, it's probably your ISPS fault.

This is basically just a guess, since the issue here is kinda vague.
I would first update to the latest drivers regarding your wireless/lan card.
Then I'd probably check the access point or router to see if there's any firmware upgrades available... if it's a 10$ router - that might be the issue here.
Low-end routers usually overheat which results in a reboot every now and then.

If you're running wireless in a congested area... that might be the issue here as well - since neighboring wi-fi networks will interfere with yours.
