Do you already have these parts? Also there's probably few options in the BIOS because that board was built for BitCoin mining.

and what is bittcoin mining?

Its basically letting people borrow your processing capabilities especially with GPU's and sometimes your CPU's. It usually consumes a lot of power but you let your computer work for you so that you can earn crypto-currency or online money that has its own value. Basically it just consumes power in exchange for online money that can only be used in certain places. Also i would recommend this mobo:

MSI Z97-G55 SLI ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Its a little more expensive however i would say that its worth it and it has a great life length as well as an easy bios to go through.

However if that is a little too expensive for you i would recommend a

MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

But to be honest a mobo wont really change a whole lot of performance in your rig so IMO i would just say that you should choose a mobo that you like the color scheme on, has the features you need (idk maybe you wanna sli some day or something) and can handle your current equipment

CPUi7 4790k (4.0 Ghz)| MotherboardMSI Z97 Gaming-5 ATX LGA1150| RAM: 16 Gb Corsair Vengeance Pro(DDR3-1600, Red 4x4Gb)GPUEVGA GTX 980 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0| CaseFractal Design Define R5 (Black with Window)| StorageWestern Digital Caviar Blue 1TB and Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD| PSUCorsair HX750i 80+ Platinum| Display(s) Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" CoolingCorsair H100i GTX| Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB| MouseRazer Deathadder Chroma|

But it wont make a huge difference if you choose something like a really cheap Asrock mobo vs an Asus Maximus 7 or something except for possibly the chipset, the color, the features, and obviously those mobo's are designed to handle a lot more hard knocking gear like i7 cpu's, 980 gpu's in sli, and 32 GB of ram and stuff. So really just choose a mobo you like
