High storage fast SSD's?

So my next upgrade will be to replace my hard drives with SSD's. i dont have a problem putting more than one drive in my system so the ssd you list doesnt have to be 500gb+.

Depends on your definition of fast.

 

500GB MX100s are very fast, and cheaper. But, not the fastest.

Mx100 line from Crucial in Raid 0. It'll be blazing fast and cheap.

One drive is usually better than one in terms of data reliability but two in raid 0 will be faster, ususally just less than double the speed, as others have said. There is also the option of using a M.2 or PCI-E SSD if you have the option on the motherboard.
