What do you mean?

Pagefile is virtual RAM stored on your hard drive, by default on a windows install, it's put onto the drive and the size is dynamically managed by the system itself. Pagefile is only accessed when you start running out of memory.

Is there a way I can clear it or something.

And by the way I use hybernate could that be an issue.

Well that would only give me back the amount of ram I have, which is 6 gigs but i'm missing around 80 gigs of space.

Run WinDirStat. You'll get something like this. The larger the "Block" the larger the file.

I ran it and it says that there is only 77gigs used
