I say this on most builds that try and save money...

 

Seagate Barracuda HDD's are cheaper for the same amount of storage, RPM, and sometimes more cache...

 

Could possibly save some money there...

First off, shove a cactus in the 960 and get a good 270x. As for CPU, you can't skimp THAT much. An 860k Athlon, i3 or cheap i5 would be much better and wouldn't bottleneck the GPU. Also 500 watt power supply is a tad overkill, I believe there is a 430 CX series PSU that is relatively cheaper.

That A4 is SERIOUSLY going to bottleneck the 960, get a cheap i3 and a H81 board. When you can, upgrade to an i5 plus a stronger card.
