Hi- I recently fried my motherboard for unmentionable reasons (accidentally of course), and I was wondering when I bought a new motherboard, will I have to get a new OS. The OS on my SSD is Windows 7 Home Premium OEM. I still have the product key and all that.

Thanks!

You will probably not need to re install, unless you corrupted your windows installation in the process of frying your OS. Windows may have you reactivate, but as long as you are going intel>intel and nothing too much different from your last board, you should be just fine.
