What processor do you have? That pretty much decides how much graphics horsepower you can put in that pc. Even some pretty new budget models should work fine with that motherboard.

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz

PC SPECS: Athlon 860k, MSI 380 4GB, 8GB memory, 1TB HDD, Fractal Design Core 1000

OK so pretty much any card you find under $ 50 shouldn't be bottlenecked by your CPU in most games. You're gonna have a really hard time playing anything graphically intensive from the last few years but older games and most indie titles should be very playable!

Things to note when choosing the GPU:

  • Make sure your PSU can run the card
  • Check benchmarks online to find out which one is the fastest!

Happy gaming :)

I'm unsure on finding whether or not my PSU can handle it,

Your PSU should have at least it's wattage printed on it somewhere. I would guess it's somewhere between 350-450 W. You can find power requirements for most GPUs online. You shouldn't have any problems with power delivery to the GPUs you have linked in the OP.

Many budget and older GPUs don't need extra power connectors, but if the card you're going to get needs any, make sure your PSU has the necessary connectors.
