8350 Core issue

So i've been playing some Assassins Creed 4 recently and noticed that my core 1 isnt being utilized.... at all. Would anyone know how to fix this? Could it be a registry issue?

Edit: 5 and 7 are pretty low aswell

nope, just the way the game works.

 

eg there are limits to how many cores things can be spread out onto

Its just how the game was coded, they designed it to only utilize a certain amount of cores.
