1 word, Skyrim.

There's a reason there are huge, user made patches for Skyrim. They're all described as essential parts of Skyrim PC.

This isn't the first time. Remember the game "Scrolls"? I forget what happened with that though. I think they can make games using the "Scrolls" name as long as it doesn't compete with Elder Scrolls or something like that.

My profile pic is the game i'm currently playing. I hope i remember to change it..

Of course Bethesda is owned by it; that's why Zenimax exists.  It was created after Bethesda.

And what's your point?

Both companies exist as separate entities, both are listed on the stock exchange.

Steve jobs founder both Apple & Pixar, does that somehow link them as well?

Again, Bethesda(Softworks) is the one that acquired the fallout franchise(name...etc.).

The court papers say Zenimax not Bethesda, that's all that matters.
