New PC Build

CPU:Intel Core i7 4770 3.4 ghz

You'll hardly see a performance decrease between PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 on a 16X slot.

What are you wanting to achieve with this, and what's you budget?

Please look at the New Builds and Planning subforum, you'll find some good info about how to structure your posts about new PC builds in there.

And as @Pearsonia already said, by using PCPP it makes it a lot easier for us to help you.

The 4770 is a very nice CPU and will last quite a while (probably 2-4 years), but you could easily bump it up to a 4790, or even a K edition for overclockability for just a little bit more.
