A decent 400w would be plenty. If you link us to where you're shopping, there may be better alternatives we could recommend.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

You don't even need 400W. This 350W Super Flower Golden Green (Americans, Rosewill Capstone) is perfect for your build and it fits your budget.

Dude, just get a hamster wheel, and a potato.  It's got enuf wattage to power sli 960s.  Jk, but the GTX 900 series are veryyy power efficient.  You could get away with a 450w for sure, even lower maybe.  Buttt if you want to expand in the future, its always nice to have a bit of head room.

This. 350W is enough for 4590 + 960, but if really want more power, the 450W XFX is also good (Seasonic OEM), and same price. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1450sx2b9
