GTX 960 Required 400W So i recommend you going for PSU 2

A decent 400w would be plenty. If you link us to where you're shopping, there may be better alternatives we could recommend.

You don't even need 400W. This 350W Super Flower Golden Green (Americans, Rosewill Capstone) is perfect for your build and it fits your budget.

Dude, just get a hamster wheel, and a potato.  It's got enuf wattage to power sli 960s.  Jk, but the GTX 900 series are veryyy power efficient.  You could get away with a 450w for sure, even lower maybe.  Buttt if you want to expand in the future, its always nice to have a bit of head room.
