I am looking for a cheap water cooler with similar/better performance than the Hyper 212 EVO.

No I don't want you to recommend me another air cooler that is quiet, I Want an AIO.

Main ones I am thinking of is the:

Seidon 120v (probably the revised version)

Corsair H55 (Prettier but I think the Seidon has slightly better performance)

Anybody got benchmark for both of these or a battle?

They are pretty much the same price where I live.

Neither of those will give you any tangible improvement in temperatures, and could very likely be louder.

If you want water cooling for a CPU, the smallest you should consider is a 240mm radiator.  Anything smaller and it will cost more, and perform the same as a less expensive air tower.

But I want quieter idle temps and RPMs/fan loudness is lower.

I also want my build looking pretty for my side window :)

With a water cooler, you are also going to get pump noise.  Both of those AIOs are not very quiet.  Most AIOs are not quiet.

The revised 120v seems to of fixed those problems though.

They revised the pump and made the fan more silent.

Allow me to point out one flaw: cheap. This is going to be an integral part of your build. If it fails - holy balls! Now, I am a budget minded builder, mind you. But there are some areas where you want to go ahead and spend the money now, vs. spending the money later PLUS the money to fix whatever havoc the failure wreaked upon your system.

So, look for quality and reliability, NOT cheap.

You sound like you're talking about the Antec coolers.

Everyone uses Corsair water coolers and Cooler Master hasn't failed anyone yet.

Don't worry, I do my research.

If all you do is going against any advice given why ask in the first place? It seems you have already made up your mind anyway.

I wanted to know which was better not that a more expensive one would be better.

Then the answer is neither is better than the EVO you already have. If at all the pump is an additional failure point making it even more unattractive.

As long as I am not looking at the top of a heatsink, it looks better.

And I meant better than eachother, not my EVO.
