Unable to Delete Files From .trashes Folder

A few months ago I migrated from mac to Windows using my USB. I made it so I could see the hidden files on my USB. When I deleted some internet links with file names that were too long for windows they can't be deleted, when I try and delete my .trashes files. If someone could tell me how to delete these files on the PC that would be great. 

(If deleting them requires a mac then I can access one however it would be much more convenient if I could do it on PC. Thanks.

So the files are on the USB? If they are take the things you need off it, then just format it.
