Hello all, i have just did a new install of Windows 7 64bit on a Asus Maximus VI Formula mobo, i was able to resolve all other issues and drivers needed. For my primary drive i am using a Samsung EVO 840 250 ssd drive and a Western Digital Black 1tb for my secondary. From the looks of it the PC is running fine, i am just one of those ppl that doesnt like to see any errors in my device manager. So please help me out my tech family....you all have helped me numerous time and i thank you all once again. My sys specs are listed below.

Intel i7 4770k 3.4gh Processor

Corsair h100i push/pull configuration

Ok so this isn't really a problem it just a device you don't have a driver for.

If you computer is working it is not a crucial device.

 

To find the driver you want to select the device in device manager

2015 02 17 18 12 48 Device Manager

Right click on selected device and go to properties.

Select the details tab. Select the drop dawn box and change it to hardware ID.
Select the top line right click and select copy
Then open up a web browser and go to google
Paste the string in to the search bar and hit search

In my case as you can see here it is a wireless adapter for a xbox 360 controller. Once you know what the device you can download and install the driver.

As you can see once installed the device disappears from unknown devices.
