So im going to assume that this is a GPU problem. So when I play bf4, csgo (on max settings), CoD etc. I get horrible stuttering as if im lagging. I could get 300 fps in csgo on max but this still happens, and on bf4 it happens all the time like WTF?!?!? I have a HX1050 psu and an FX8320 OC @ 4.5. My HDD is a western digital Caviar green and i have 16 gb of 1334 mhrz ram. IDK why this is happening :C:C:C

I would change the ram to 1600mhz (because of my preference).

Put cpu on stock then try again.

And check gpu and cpu usage/load.

Try these and then come back or write what you have tried.

I think this is more the WD Green than your GPU. I´ve got a WD Green for Datastorage, but for the fun of it I installed once I think Star Citizen. It was pretty much unplayable. Save your money for a cheap 250GB SSD install Windows on it and your favorite games and enjoy the massive performance boost.

if you game on a 60HZ display try limiting your FPS to 65FPS with MSI afterburner...if you are on a 120hz display limit to 125FPS etc...this will help you get more consistent frametime variance and everything will be much smoother ;)

it will also help your GPU temps because then the GPU will not work nearly as hard...it will save energy, will be quieter and again will be much smoother gaming experience overall.
